Meet Bubo! He's a tiny little 9 pound boy that we believe is what they call "Chug"! Chihuahua Pug mix. He is about 2 years old. He is doing very well with the other dogs in his foster home so far, here in Maine, and he met a cat at his southern foster home, and seemed fine.
